Do I need an account to use TinyVideo?
No. Free browser mode works without signup. You only need an account for Fast Cloud processing.
Will my videos be stored on your servers?
In Free mode, processing is done in your browser. In Pro cloud mode, uploaded files are temporary and deleted automatically after the retention window (typically around 8 hours).
Which formats can I convert to?
You can export as MP4, WebM, MOV, or AVI from the main uploader.
What are the cloud upload limits?
Cloud processing requires available cloud time (new accounts get 2m 40s free). When you run out, use browser-only processing instead — nothing uploads to our servers. With cloud time, each cloud upload can be up to 1.5 GB per file.
What happens if the cloud queue is busy?
TinyVideo processes cloud jobs carefully on a limited VPS so results stay reliable. If your job waits in the queue, you can leave the page. We will email you when processing is complete, and the file will appear in Cloud Downloads. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder too.
How does cloud processing time work?
Time is deducted according to your video’s duration. Very short jobs use a minimum of 32 seconds, and longer videos are rounded up to the next 32-second processing block.
How do I add more cloud time?
New accounts start with 2m 40s free. When it runs out, add more from your Account page with a one-time purchase—there is no subscription. Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller, and cloud time is added as soon as the payment clears.
What if cloud processing fails?
If a cloud job fails, TinyVideo automatically returns the cloud time used for that job to your balance.
What happens if the optimized file is larger than the original?
TinyVideo keeps the smaller result. If optimization would produce a larger file, the original file is kept as the final output.
Can I download multiple processed videos at once?
Yes. You can export multiple completed jobs as a ZIP archive, with a current limit of 100 jobs per ZIP request.
Does cloud time renew automatically?
No. TinyVideo does not use recurring plans. Cloud time comes from the signup allowance, one-time purchases, refunds, or supported rewards when available.
How long are email verification and reset credentials valid?
Signup verification codes are valid for 15 minutes. Password reset links are valid for 1 hour. If an email is missing, check your spam or junk folder.
